Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship across India. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

• Standard shipping: ₹99
• Free standard shipping on orders of ₹1,499 or more

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. We do not currently offer express delivery.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge until it is dispatched. Email support@carroarmato.in or WhatsApp us on +91 85278 48747 with your order number, and we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under the policy below. We may cancel an order ourselves if an item turns out to be out of stock or mispriced — you are then refunded in full.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.

Wrong size? Request a size exchange online: open Track Order, enter your email and order number, and pick the size you want. We reply within 24-48 hours.

To return an item for a refund, email support@carroarmato.in with your order number. We will confirm the return address and next steps within 24-48 hours.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
