Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship across India. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

• Standard shipping: ₹99
• Free standard shipping on orders over ₹2,000

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. We do not currently offer express delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.

To start a return, email support@carroarmato.in with your order number. We will confirm the return address and next steps within 24-48 hours.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
