1Who we are

CARRO ARMATO sells premium heavyweight cotton streetwear online, and ships within India. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.

2Orders and acceptance

Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. Stock is only committed once your payment is confirmed, so an item can sell out while it sits in your cart. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item turns out to be unavailable, mispriced, or if we cannot verify the payment.

3Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Prices can change at any time, but the price you are charged is always the one shown on the checkout page at the moment you pay.

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We never receive or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials. Your order total is calculated on our server from the live catalogue — not from your browser — so the amount charged always matches the amount displayed.

4Shipping

We ship across India. Standard shipping is charged at checkout and is free on orders over ₹2,000. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — see Shipping & Returns for current rates and timelines.

5Returns and refunds

You may return or exchange an unworn, unwashed item with its original tags within 7 days of delivery. Full details, including who pays return shipping, are on the Shipping & Returns page.

6Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.

7Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the store, scrape it at volume, resell our products as your own brand, or use our images, designs, logo or copy without written permission. All content on this site belongs to CARRO ARMATO.

8Product presentation

We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens, and measurements in the size guide are taken flat with a small tolerance. A minor variation is not a defect.

9Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

11Contact and grievances

For any question, complaint or grievance, email support@carroarmato.in. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
